I have a problem rendering animation in Poser 5. when I choose the "Current Render Setting" option under the "Quality" pull-down menu, the AVI that gets created only displays a blank grey screen. but when I choose the "Current Display Setting" from the pull-down menu, the animation clip gets produced without any problems. it's only when I select the "Current Render Setting" option that the AVI displays only a blank, grey screen. The only case where I got results like that were when I ran the render in a terminal server window where it wasn't going to the actual screen. I was attempting to run the thing in the "background" I got around the problem by rending images rather than avi. Hope the data point helps.
