How the heck do I change my wish list on my homepage here? I have three items on there that I have since received from their creator....so how do I change this? Thanks in advance.

Click the "My Shopping Cart" link in the side menu. Your public and private wish lists are on that page. Just click the "Delete" icon next to the items you want to remove.
