Does anybody know of textures of older women V2 and/or V3 ?
I think there is at least one called Elegantly Aged but I don't know where it is.

Elegantly Aged is one of the makeup textures available in Daz's Platinum Club. I think there were Mike and Victoria old folks. As I said the faces were OK, but the body dont. You can not have a 70 years old face in a 22 years body. Not now at least. The marketing idea is very good but you have to work the body texture also.

As dialyn posted the ZetaStudios3D the Grand Ma Francesca and her sister Grand Ma Fiammetta are fantastic and come with body morphs. I even made me a set of micheal textures and made morphs for him also from these. I think by far the best ones I've used for elderly people in Poser.
