well, a friend at work is in a heavy metal/grunge/end of the world/whatever band and has asked me to do a cover/inside sleeve/back cover for their demo cd. after looking through my portfolio, he decided to use the angel shot. following his guidelines, I came up with this idea for the cover and wanted to see if it floats... suggestions, comments? yeah, I suggest you get your name in the credits. looks like a great choice to me. the blue streaks top it off perfectly.

"I came up with this idea for the cover and wanted to see if it floats..." I have just tried this for you (seeing as how you're obviously too lazy to do it yourself) and no, CD covers appear to sink. The picture however, can easily be converted into a boat shape by the ancient art of Origami, and therefore would indeed float. However, due to the physical limitations of ink on paper the picture itself may not survive the encounter intact. This is of little consequence, as another one can be printed in the full knowledge that the answer to your question has been sufficiently provided by the previous version, and the similarities are close enough for the outcome to be predicted as being the same. Hope this helps. (",) btw, good pic, it would make a cool CD cover or summik - but the name needs to stand out more, imo.

Jordy ...... you're so weird. Jack - I have to agree with Captain Insanity there ... name should be brought up a couple notches, make it a little more readable, but not so much as to throw the balance of the image off. -=>Donald
