Up to now I have had to get all my store stuff through my brother, who is a non-graphics person. He would d/l and burn to CD then mail to me, now he is overseas and his help is not available. He has a super system while I have a very old sys on 56k dialup...no way to d/l anything above about1.5MB without an accelerator.[I recently discoverd DAP which allows resume on broken d/ls and is spy/adware free].

download accelerators tend to not recieve the script information properly and thus screw up 80-90% of the time. Even if a download accelerator could read the script properly it wouldn't work because the download is session based, thus if you go offline and come back online to download the purchase it would be treated as a new session and wouldn't complete. I know bout the problems getting files with 56k, im stuck on it right now (accually only getting about 38.4 connection) and it really does impare the ability. Rosity does have a nice little thing though, burn to cd, if its not something that you 'have to have right now' that little feature comes in handy, i've used it a few times in the past myself just to get some of my orders :)

Thanks caleb...that was sort of what I was fearful of. I have considered the CD burn option and may have to go that route when money and enough items warrant it. Right now for what I want $15. is a bit pricey since the CD burn would be more expensive than the item I am looking at [All N Wonder Dress for Vic]. With DAP I have never had any scripting problems at other sites, I have had these problems with my browser d/ls however. I will figure out something...thanks again.

if you ever have problems getting one of the file really bad you can also shoot a whistle to one of the higher up's (clint, jeff, admins, etc.) and there pretty good about helping find a solution to get the file to you :) clint helped me out several times in the past.
