I'm currently trying to create a walk cycle for walking up and down stairs, without much success. Are there any animation poses out there for this already?

Not yet ;-) but I'm working on that too... And IN walk designer... Maybe.

the walk generator in lifeforms 3.9 allow for uphill and down hiil walk paths I Will give it a Go over the next few days.

Phil C distributed a "walk upstairs" BVH file some time ago. He generously made it a freebie. If you email him, he might send it to you. -jjsemp
