Here's a new product Papu and I have been working for quite some time. She's a beautiful, petite 20-year-old for V3. But... what's her name? :) Guess right and get the whole set for free when she's released. We've made the task easier by giving you the first and last letter of the name. Everyone gets three guesses. If no one guesses right, we'll reveal another letter and that means you guys get another three guesses... and this'll go on till someone gets it right :) Ready.. steady.. go!

It did sound familiar, but copied and pasted into google and there it was... My son was a Led Zep freak. - That's why it sounded familiar

Eowyn posted Sun, 29 June 2003 at 5:36 PM

:D Well it was well done anyway :)

Giana posted Sun, 29 June 2003 at 9:10 PM

hey! i recognise the line, can sing the whole song... of course, nothing like the way Plant can moan his way through it [yummi] she looks great, Outi... i think the name actually suits her quite well... the pale colours, especially about her eyes, makes me think of cashmire, all that lush softness... [again, yummi] one of these days i'll have a grown-up PC that will actually allow me to just install V3... lol... your pretty character makes me wish it were sooner than i think it shall be though... :/

pendarian posted Sun, 29 June 2003 at 11:10 PM

Outi she is gorgeous!! You and Papu have done a wonderful job :) Can't wait to see more of her :) Pendy

dolfijntjes posted Sun, 29 June 2003 at 11:55 PM

Congratulations Pizazz and congratulations Eowyn and Papu with this beauty

Eowyn posted Mon, 30 June 2003 at 3:34 AM

Thanks, everyone :D We're like proud moms right now.. ROFL Giana, V3 isn't that bad on your computer. I find her much easier to work with than V2 because the size of the .cr2 usually is a lot less than V2's. I don't think I've ever injected all morphs into V3 because it's not necessary. You can load the amount of morphs you need - we used quite a lot in Kashmira and yet her .cr2 is only 18 mb's or so, in other words less than the standard V2. What kind of a computer do you have?

Giana posted Mon, 30 June 2003 at 10:19 AM

Well, I'm using a 450 mHz, P2 with 512 RAM... it can crash/freeze up on me just rendering a naked character with nothing else in the scene... most frustrating... My other trouble is that I don't have the free space on my system to house all of V3s files... I am constantly having to delete things from my Libraries and Texture folders as I've only a 16 gig hard drive and I am running Win98. Win98 requires that 20% of your disk space remain free in order to keep functioning properly and I am always right at that edge... I swear, once a month, I have to go through my system and try to free up a gig just to do it again the following month - and that is AFTER i do backing up of newer files and my most recent PSDs... And hey!! Thanks for the info on V3s CR2 size etc... I would never had known that otherwise as I just don't have any experience with her aside from sticking her on a backup CD and occasionally pulling out her blank CR2 each time I test clothing [I have to keep deleting it per the space issue... trust me, 4 megs is a big deal right now not to mention anything larger...lol] [all last night, sat on the levee and moaned...] ;)

Eowyn posted Mon, 30 June 2003 at 11:39 AM

thinking about your baby and your happy home? ;) Hmm, it really does sound like you need a new computer :( And definitely more hard drive space... uggh I wouldn't survive with 16 gigs anymore now that I'm used to my 60 gigs :) I hope you can upgrade soon, because you're missing out on a lot of fun if you can't use V3.
