The titles of his freebies now say (Down). Could be he removed them, or maybe just transferring.

I am not familiar with this persons works, but it is fairly standard for the Terms of Use for freebies to include a stipulation that they can't be redistributed. If this is the case for files by Predator2K, you may have to try and email him to get the files.
