Hi all, In P5, on many of the dialogs (e.g. the Face Shaping Tool), there is a little green dot alongside each of the morphs. When clicked, they turn into little padlock symbols. I thought maybe that this would lock the morph to prevent any further changes. This doesn't seem to be the case. I clicked the dot, it turned into a padlock, but I was still able to use the dial to manipulate the morph setting. There doesn't seem to be much in the manual about this, unless I am looking in the wrong place. Thanks in advance. regards, Andrew

They padlocks don't lock the dials but prevent the morphs being changed by the shaping tool. E.g. if you lock the nose morphs, you can pull the head's nose and it won't change. This is useful when you want certain parts of the face to remain fixed while you change other parts.

This was not what was happening. I was still able to pull on the nose and it would stretch even though I had set the padlock on.

When trying, it would stretch not nearly as much as without the padlock. What's happening is that other, full-face morphs that are active are affecting the nose vertices too.
