I just made it - took me about 4 hours. It's 100% original except for the lips, which I got from Image After and modified. I textured everything - gums, teeth, eyes - everything except the pubic area. I don't do nude artwork, so I had no reason to make it anatomically correct. I've not made any textures since my last attempt a zillion years ago and I figured I'd try my hand at it. Do you guys think it'd make a decent freebie?
