"SAL" Exterior Image 1 of 3

Without any frame of reference, it is impossible to tell just how enormous this ship is. To give you an idea I can tell you that this saucer, "SAL", is as large (if not larger) than our SS3 Magellan. I will post two other images, after which. I promise to go away! pg

This environment is contained WITHIN this ship.

This is the Bridge

I would say it's radius is as least the length of a enterprize class aircraft carrier(Supernuke version)

Pamola posted Sun, 06 July 2003 at 5:36 PM

To give you some scale here of how big it is, that trihull there is our futuristic sailboat.

"Supernuke version" (I'm so unhip, I'm serious, Lee...but you funny mon!)

Pretty cool! How would you navigate cameras around in something like that? I always have the worst problems with interior scenes because I can't get the cameras right.

Woops!

Sorry about that! I should have previewed that post first, huh?

Very nice model....
Speaking of "SS3 Magellan"...that would sure make a nice "special offer" (hint, hint) - Ray

You just wait for what we have in store for you all!

Momcat, We have about a half zillion camera and light set ups already set up in our 3ds model. When we convert our models into Poser, every portion of this model would have the same and they would just come with this model as they do in our other BIG models (ss3 Magellan, Nautilus, BBJ 737 and Commercial Jet, etc.) Thanks for your input. :)pg

Neat! >^_^

Interesting design. Would be nice to see how think the whole ship is. The side cutaway seems like it would be like an ice cream sandwich shape, I'm not sure I see the 'tank'. or is the side view a represenative of the ship landed and docked? I agree with the SS3 Magellan Sale idea in Post #9.

This is very nice! I love the look of it, probably because I've always been fond of the "Flying Saucer" :)
