It had alcoves for statuary and I think I remember a fancy ceiling and a marble floor, too...can't find it anywhere now. Does anyone know who the modeler was? Or have you seen it for sale anywhere else?? It reminded me of the interior of a temple...very beautiful!

No, I don't see it there. They have an octagonal room, but it's not the one I'm looking for. I seem to remember the ad for this had a half-naked Vicki posing seductively on the marble floor. It had something sitting in the little alcoves--statuary or maybe urns. And the ceiling was domed, I think....although my memory is way far from good, I remembered this because I really wanted it, but just never got around to purchasing it.

Whoa--pizazz, I cross-posted with you! That's it :))) And FREE! I searched Freestuff, too, but must have used the wrong keywords. Thank you so much!

Pat, Yup, I recognized it from the description of the niches with statues/urns. IIRC, there was a contest and a half dozen people made textures for it. You should be able to find them, too, under the cupola keyword. Carolly

waves to Carolly No, no textures to be found under 'cupola,' but that's all right, it will give me practice in Photoshop ;P

Sorry for the late post... if you're interested, there is a 3-pack of beautiful textures for the cupola at the attached link, done by Virtualsite, I think, who also won the texturing contest. There is also a variant version of the cupola somewhere out there, if you search for "cupola" here on the forum I think you'll find a link to it if you're interested :-)hauksdottir posted Sat, 19 July 2003 at 5:37 AM
Hankim, Thanks for the lead. :) Considering how long it takes us to gather materials for an image, a day or two doesn't usually matter. Carolly

Late is OK when it's a texture as beautiful as that one! Thank you :D

You're welcome, both of you :-)
