Subject: Continuing Trouble with Download

Clint we're 24 hours on and I still haven't been able to download my product. It's the same problem - the download hangs at 95% complete. Note - this is the only product I have purchased from you where I've had this problem. Is there something wrong with your zipped file? I do need this software urgently - Please - Please come up with a workaround!!! Regards

Working on it. Sorry for the delays .. I am waiting on some information from the programmers/systems team. I'll bring it to their attention again. Clint
