Well here goes, this is my first attempt to really do anything with poser. I used Robin Woods harp and a lovely dress I found at Poserworld. Did some post work in Photoshop. I'm in awe of alot of the folks on here, what work and patience it takes to get the simplest things made.

Very nice! I like the lighting and camera angle, too. A great first attempt. You say that dress is in PoserWorld. Time for me to take a look around there again. :)

Ouch. Yet another first attempt that puts 95% of my stuff to shame... I'm starting to get discouraged... ;-)

CriminAlice! This is great, and for a first work, wow!

Hey! I was gonna do that. :-) Oh well, great minds think alike. Looks superb. Great use of textures, props, transparent hair, lighting, costume, all coming together to make a great picture. My 75th attempt wasn't this good. I was going to use the Garb Pack and pay money. (I may still) Thanks for the hot tip about Poserworld!

Excelent. And great facial expression. Realy a frozen moment, lively. Only problem is scalp patch behind first lock of hair. And maybe smudge over the texture seam of the dress or define it more as a seam. Wish I could do as well :)

This is really good! I have been using poser since version 1 and never came close to this (which is why I have ony posted one image here since poserforum/renderosity began).

Okay, I've looked all over Poserworld and can't find that dress...anyone have any idea which page it's on in case I've missed it with these myopic eyes of mine?

Lunaseas posted Wed, 28 June 2000 at 10:19 AM

I believe it's on page 19 it's the dress that goes with one of the newer Fairy Woods characters Serimas(sp?) and she directs you where to get the dress. Good luck-Kirsten

Awwwww....that one......thanks! And by the way Luna, great image :) I know for sure that Robin's harp is going to get lots of usage from me, it's an awesome prop! Can't wait to see what else you do!
