How do I adjust V3's height? Thanks

What exactly do you need to do? You can make any Poser model smaller or larger by adjusting the scale dials... "Scale" itself will make it smaller/larger, "Y-Scale" will make it shorter/larger, but just as wide.

Ahhh yes... I forgot about that lol. I wanted to save the 'height' setting together with other dials as a pose so I can reuse them.

You can't just y scale the Body because... well see figure 1 above. You can get some presets by using Figure height from the Figure menu, but this changes the proportions as well as the height. Only other way is to scale each body part individually (ERC can be a big help here).

I haven't try it y-scale yet. But yesterday I was trying to find the parts where I could possible adjust height, like shorter legs, longer arms. But couldn't find them.

Try StretchArms and StretchLegs found in the body section. here's Vicky with her legs longer using StretchLegs. a negative will shorten.

Adjust overall size, or proportions? For overall size (for instance, if you have two characters with the same proportions, but one is 5'1" and one is 6'4"), then the Scale dial (overall scale, not ScaleX, ScaleY, or ScaleZ) in the body is the way to go. If you want to change proportions, the StretchArms and StretchLegs dials scale body parts.
