The important things to remember when you're using RealEyes, is that there are 5 components to deal with. The first is the white of the eye, this should be a glossy white with high specularity. Then, still part of the figure, is a black part. this needs to be very reflective black, and almost complete transparent (98%). The RealEyes have 3 parts each, a pupil, an iris, and an outer layer. The pupil needs to be black, with very high (white) specularity and a small degree of reflectiveness (about 5%). The coloured part of the eye needs have equal amounts of reflectiveness and specularity as the pupil. Finally, there is the outer layer. This needs to be pure white, highly reflective (10%) and almost transparent (80-90%). You'll needs to turn the diffuse setting down quite a way too. Again, if you'd like materials for these in Bryce, drop me a line. And thanks to bushi for creating these - all my figures (except Vickie) now sport RealEyes. Paul

Thanks, Paul! It's always a treat to see someone take a creation and add to it's capabilites. I'll be interested to see what you do with the MekAngel wings. ;-)

I haven't done Bushi's eyes in Bryce yet. These are wonderful Paul. I'll have to try. I've saved your tips in my tute file. Diane

Neat, wish I could even figure out how to use the real eyes in Poser, my computer has a hate/hate relationship with Poser as it is especially since I put on the patch from curious labs:( Are there any tutorials for Real Eyes?

You can download the P4NF with RealEyes directly from bushi's site - there is also a male version. After that, it's just a matter of using the figures exactly as you would the standard P4 posette/dork. There is a tutorial (by someone or other) at the Prop Guild which tells you how to use CR2 to create an EVE figure with RealEyes Paul

Lunaseas, get the models from Bushi's site, LoboUK is right it is easier to work with them, and once you get used to them you can play with the other models. You can always morph them out to look different. Have fun! =) Marque
