Is it just me or is the victoria 3 head far to small in scale to the rest of her body.
I actually dug out my old figure drawing manuals from when I started as a pencil & paper artist & compared the basic body scales to her & V3 looks very odd.

I think you will find most of us scale her head to about 110%, ruffly. Play with it a bit till you have what you like. I think it is better to parent the hair first so it will scale with the head.

Fortunately, her head scales up very smoothly.

I think there are guidelines for artists about how big the body should be in relation to the head. The normal man is six and a half heads tall. On an heroic figure, that might be 8 and three quarters heads tall. This sounds more like Victoria 3.

Poser itself seems to be conceptually inspired by the works of Andrew Loomis. Just look at the stick figures. Using "Display | Guides | Head Lengths" she does indeed appear to be about 8 3/4 of 'em tall.

I actually figure a normal female (I don't know anything about men!) is about 7 - 7 1/2 heads high. The artistic convention on going from a 7 1/2 head high to 8 head high figure also adds all the extra length in the legs too, Vickie's extra length isn't put there, though. All my figures that are modifications of Zygote/DAZ originals normally start with (about) 8% bigger heads, then they also get extra length in the legs, one way or another. The ones made by morphing (Hi-Fashion Vickie, Glamorous Vickie, Pin-up Stephanie get a little longer shin when I morph in the ever-popular high-heel feet, Glamorous Vickie picked up about 3/4 scale inches in her shin. I'd like to add even more (and cut down the thighs a tad) but it starts getting weird past what I use. With the new head size she is pretty close to an classic 7 1/2 head high figure. All the fitting MATs I do for all my various hairs figures all this in, gets complicated at times!
