Nice work MD. My suggestion is that it could use some DOF to give it foreground - backgound separation... cheers -dash101

Dash101...thanks for the tip. I considered using some DOF but the only reason I didn't was I wanted to make it easier to see the texturing on the mountains since I used the DTE on it. (July Challenge.) I saw your awesome tutorial on DOF though and I am going to take it into more consideration in the future, for sure. :) MD

Nice image--a worth challenge entry! It seems like you did a great job in the DTE: the textures are work well together.

Mloates, thanks for the message and also the comment in the gallery! A couple of the textures were pretty hard to get that effect but once it looks right, you get that sense of accomplishment. :) I was going to do something out of the ordinary w/ some DTE work, but I figured why not try to model some textures towards how my typical work is. I think that was more of the challenge than anything...to try to get a DTE-filled picture to fit in with the rest of my gallery. It was a lot of fun to do! :) MD
