While beating myself up trying everything I had for a unique floor, I came across this. Can you guess what was used?

The floor is a reflective material which has a dark blue tone, and I used a spotlight with a Lamog Stone wall texture applied to it. The scene has a yellowish sky and the combination of the yellow & blue made the floor green. I'm amazed at how much texture appears to be there, because the floor has very little bump to it.

The other strange note, the character, the bag, the money was not affected by the light like you would think. oh, btw, the bag is a lattice.

The floor looks great. It's amazing what proper lighting can do for a scene--it's something I'm only beginning to really experiment with.

That pose is awesome and great tip on the gel. Wonder why the texture gel didn't affect the characters? No reflective properties? Odd.

That was my thought too, after going back and playing around with it, it's part reflection & ambience settings.
