Subject: Download Denied!!!.

I purchased two items not so long Back. I tried phoning the company. Obtions were, use an Extension Number!! no trace of an extension number that i can see where it says contact info. Something about Town which the carity has a lot to be desired over a long distance phone call, or press zero for the operator, who seems to have gone home. So i was left no choice but to use the e-mail. The reason why my download was denied was because it stopped on a partial download twice. Once at 30% and once at 92%. So it knew i had tried to download the file twice, third time i tried to download. Basically Denied. Well i have now purchased a product in good faith, and now being denied access to it. Um well if this system is so clever as to be able to tell if i downloaded it more than twice and deny me access, well isnt it clever enough to know when that attempt only resulted in a partial download, which i might say is absolutely no good to anyone. Now i have to go through all this hassle to get something that is legitimately mine. Regards S. A. Fletcher.
