(laughs!) Aye, don't go uninstalling Poser quite yet! But it is pretty cool... Gonna have to play with meatballs a bit more, myself...

Rofl, nice work there brholte :) I think it'd be cool to animate that so it looks like it's talking. It's definitely usable, but I think I'll keep Poser installed since I don't have the time, patience or creativity you do :)

A few more of these, and we can populate an entire scene. :)

Clever, but why bother doing something the hard way when there's an easy way?

Looks cool. brholte how did you start the model? Did you start with the eye sockets or elsewhere? If you make your own people from scratch, they might look different from the poser models.
brholte posted Sun, 20 July 2003 at 11:33 PM
I started the model with the nose and the cheek muscles and kinda worked from there. Next, I think I went up to the eye sockets and brow, then I went back down to the cheeks, mouth and chin. The last thing I worked on, and boy was this a bitch, was the forehead and such...... that took forever to shape. after about an hour or so of trying to get rid of various bulges, I ended up duplicating a small metaball several times until it grew to the right side, and this, for somereason, shaped correctly. I'm going to do anotherone, now that I've had some experience metaballing. hopefully he won't look so freaky.......and he'll probobly have ears too!
