Well, didnt know really where to post this, so I guess this is as good a place as any to start :) When we got the ability to add our favorite artists to our homepage and get notified when they post an image, I thought it was an excellent idea. However, with the recent occurances of people from places like the Yahoo Groups, MSN groups, etc. stealing images from artists here and claiming them as their own, it made me wonder if this was really a good idea or not. Think about this. My partner was added to a users favorite artists list tonight. This person has no gallery, and has added almost 400 names to their list. I dont know. Maybe if we had the ability to say yes or no when someone adds us to their favorite artists list....does that sound crude?? Dont sling the mud too hard, ok?? :)))
