Instead of a random "Hot 20" gallery item displaying in the communities, the Mods now pick a work that will be in the featured box for their community. (The servers were being hammered calculating the rotating images on each page load.) For the Writers' Gallery, I'll be picking a new story or poem each Friday night (barring unforeseen disasters and general senility) which will be featured in the Writers' Community for the next week. If there's a particular story or poem that you think really deserves the honor that week, please let me know. Cheers!

Okay, I admit, I have a weakness for his poetry. Check out his works and I think you'll see why.

Great idea. I was chilly on the Hot 20 idea anyway. I'm really impressed by how quickly the gallery is building. Nice to see support for the idea. :)
