Hello all! My problem is this message when i'm trying to checkout, "We are unable to process your order. Please contact our office at 1-866-220-2949 for further assistance. Thank you." What is that??? I can not call the number, this is me to expensive, and im come from Germany and my english is not so good, and i understand not all. What can i do for this problem??? Bye Milena Ps: I have send one email on renderosity.com, but i have still answer.

Hi I saw your email to the store and I responded by asking for you username. I couldn't research it until I knew who you were...But the problem is you have had 3 failed credit card attempts, our system blocks you out after three failed tries. I can reset your attempts but you need to make sure the problem with your credit card company is solved or it will fail again and block you out. I have reset your attempts back to 0 so you can try again. Thanks, Stacey Renderosity Store

Thanks for your comment and help...i phone with my bank tomorrow...and purify this problem. I have a new attempt start, but this send error... the card is new and i dont know wath the problem is. Thanx....and Bye Milena

I also got this response after a failed to connect message. I checked with my bank and there is no problem with my account. I can call and verify later I suppose. Maybe there was some hiccup in the system.

with my card is al ready...i have speak with the bank....the Card Verification Code get wrong. sorry for my mistake. Bye Milena
