I think it is a great piece....but flames only burn up, you may want to edit the ones burning out to the side and burning downward.

Rawnrr: yeah... ernyoka1 pointed that out when she saw my test renders... I agree in principle.... but wasn't really aiming for realism with this piece... more for effect. And I fink if something was jumping through the ring... the draught would kinda blow the flames sideways... well a little bit... that's my excuse anyway ;) And... I wouldnt want the flames to go tooo high... cos the lions and tigers and other assorted animals might burn their... errr... private bits.. LOL ziggie

I have succumbed to peer pressure and the Laws of Nature and made better transmaps for the flames. The flames now go 'UP' and look a little more realistic :)

I don't know - i kinda like the first one better, not that the second one isn't great, but the flames just look hotter on the first - my own 2cents. : ) Rob
