Subject: I'm in a World of Hurt without an Answer!

**How do I fix this, I know it has something to do with .cr2's or .rsr's or something.

Double click the item into an empty scene/a blank Poser window. Render the item, when the render is complete, then click on the "+" sign(add to library button), a window will then pop up asking you for a name for your new item, type in the name exactly as shown above(the original item name). It will ask you if you want to replace...click yes... The shrugging shoulders mean there was no PSP.png file included. Your item is still valid. Hope this helps - Good Luck :)

Get P3dO. And also get the Poser Plug-in. You will be able to convert RSR to Png and Png to RSR. Follow link. Unless there is not a PNG or RSR in the pose file. Then you will need to make it.
