Ford Anglia is the type of car that Harry and Ron flies in in the second Harry Potter movie

Here's a pic of a model (at least it looks like a model) of a Ford Anglia

Ahhh the 103E, I used to have an Estate version. Great car, once got me down the M1 with a blown head and the carb secured with coat hanger wire. Memories :)

Dang, and I thought a muffler held on by duct tape was bad. :)

Coat hangers and duct tape have gotten me home a few times also. :)

Holding my sunroof on with chewing gum whilst going up the M1 was a thrilling experience for me... I already had used up the duct tape securing the windscreen wipers, LOL

Heh... Having to drive home using only the choker (is it called that in english too?) becourse the throttle cable was broken.. now THAT's interesting... (in a Skoda 105, not a Ford Anglia)

In teenage days (1967), a friend had an Anglia. Lively little car, and it took most of the adolescent abuse we heaped on it. But finally the shift lever broke near the floor, so we had to shift by carefully pushing the broken end with a foot. Wasn't much fun after that.
