Attached Link: Dr Geep's Animation Primer

At the link you will find DrGeeps Animation Primer. I think what you have expirienced is what is referred to as undershoot. Have a look, it explains a lot of things about animation in Poser :o)

You just can't put the words "Poserites" and "happy" in the same sentence - didn't you know that? LaurieA

A problem that I had when I started animating with Poser was that I would keyframe everything so perfectly but still got unwanted movements between keyframes. The problem was caused by having IK turned on and off throughout the animation. Make sure you have it either on consistently thoughout or off consistently throughout.

Select a body part that you changed in frame 22, go to the Graph for that part, click on frame 18 in the timeline, then select "Linear". Then click on frame 22 and select "Constant". That might fix the under/overshoot due to the bezier splines.
