Hmmm don't tell me da Bots are on holiday again :( Bad Bad bots and bottesses [can never spell the plural correctly] Are you not getting your email bots? or your Forum posting Bots, or your Im Bots?? Each has a different bot union you know! Let me know if you get a bot from this posting. I will also send you an IM and post a comment to your gallery. Let me know if any of them show up please, and we can go from there. ladynimue

IM-bots?! They're a different kind aren't they? I mean IM bots are just the ones that comes at the top of the pages, right? You don't get an email if someone IM's you, do you? If so, then HOW?!

thanks, ladynimue, i feel kinda lonely, 20-30 spams daily don't count as proper company. ebots, otoh... ;).

aleks, You are right. Given the stimulation of a couple dozen ads for penile enlargement and home mortgage rates and pyramid schemes (with the occasional cry for help from some Nigerian who trusts me to take their $70 million of ill-gotten gains from a safe-deposit box left by their uncle the former colonel), the mail would be too exciting for my poor heart to take unless it was interlaced with the quiet comfort of the ebots delivering their sensible messages. Has anybody tracked the records of their vanishing? Could it be some obscure-to-us ceremonial ritual where they all go underground during the new moon or on walkabout in their 15th month? Carolly

Remember Peter Pan's plea, when Tinkerbell was poisoned, for all of us to clap if we believed in fairies? Maybe if we all clapped, the ebots would come back?

Well... I'm not sure I like claps... But I'll gladly clap to bring back the e-bots. I'm not sure I'm missing any though I think I'm getting my usual amount of them, including those for this thread...

Yup, three times as many this morning. They are back and hopping with vigor. :)
