Ok, now I think I'm getting the hang of Metastream. There are currently no exporters for Metastream 3. The only way to create them is through a very lame program supplied by Metastream. You can't run the Metastream 3 files on the web without a "Broadcast Key." This key was free for my non-profit organization. The Widgets are only reference points usde to make the Metastream interactive. The XML file is the key. Learn it and you've opened a whole new door to Metastreams.

Have you had any success converting the old mts2 format as output by the existing plug-in? The MTS Scene Builder prog appears to allow them to be upgraded, but I've had other problems that stopped me from confirming that they work.

I am trying to get to that %$"%$"%^$"^%"^%$ part of their site wher iam supposed to fill up the form and get the key but fail constantly. could you give me a link?

I ended up calling metastream to get the key... that was the easy part. Since there are no plugins just yet for any programs to tanslate into metastream 3 its a royal pain to build anything. Well, I shoul clarify... its easy to build but very hard to make it interactive.
