igohigh posted Sat, 02 August 2003 at 7:48 PM

Oh, and don't worry, I don't think the storm will be too bad as to give you a baday. Just think happy thoughts and have a gooday!! 8p

hauksdottir posted Sun, 03 August 2003 at 1:41 AM

Your bathroom is not only 4 times the size of mine, but cleaner, too (subtle reflection in floor wax). However, I'm not sure that I'd want to live in a virtual world. Experiences are more important to me than possessions, and I doubt if Vicky would lie in a meadow for hours watching meteorites or sort through pebbles in a tide pool picking out jade from serpentine or climb up a cliff face only to turn around at the belay point and see the world at her feet. :sigh: I need to go sit on a rock. Thank you for the gorgeous model. Carolly

Hmm... put the toilet where the closet is and rotate the sink 90 degrees and slap a wall behind it and you've got just about the size and layout of my bathroom. Skinny and cramped, ayup. :)

Wow, I am glad for the response, but you know it is just a bathroom...I am so glad you all like it. Sharen

ChromeTiger posted Tue, 05 August 2003 at 10:43 AM

Ahhh, but you see, it's NOT 'just a bathroom'. Those of us who do 'reality' renders need things like this, because life happens in them. One of the things that always amazes me (mainly in video games) is that designers forget to include simple things that make the environment believable...like bathrooms. Id Software's 'Doom' series of games had huge military complexes....not one bathroom. So, it's not 'just a bathroom'...it's a piece of reality, and one that I for one will get great use out of. So thank you, and thank you, and thank you again! :-) CT

ChromeTiger, I know what you mean. That was one of the things I LOVED in DukeNukem 3D - not only were bathrooms present, Duke could actually go take a leak :o) Speaking of... I once had a Poser version of DukeNukem 3D. Anybody remember who made it?

I remember the Poser version of Duke, but can't seem to find him in any of my archives... Guess that means I'll just have to make a Mike version, doesn't it? grin "Shake it, baby!" CT
