I was searching the web today for tips on removing ccd noise and found this little gem. The results blew my socks off. I don't know how many of you know of DCEnhance, but the results are almost like magic. It's only a half meg download and it's free! There is also another program on the site for removing hot pixels, but I haven't tried that one yet. Give DCEnhance a whirl. It's well worth it. Stefan

Mostly, the noise on images from my 10D is barely noticeable, but sometimes when I'm shooting at very high ISO or when I need a very clean image, I use NeatImage to clean it up. It's never failed to amaze me. See the review on The Luminous Landscape (link above). -- Mark

Hmm, I just tried the link and it works. Maybe their server hiccupped? Stefan
