Eric, I've been asking for these forever. Wish someone would do them. That and a pair of tighty-whities (just plain old fruit-of-the-looms).

Hey Jim....maybe a little bit more play in the hips so it would look more like the one in the pic.

Great, Jim! and very nice mapping on the pants.

Just wanted to add some suggestions. Maybe add some cargo pockets, and a looser fit all around. Make them look like there 4 sizes too big. That seems to be what the kids are wearing at the mall.

your model looks like its designed to be lowriders ..but the jeans in the pic are just loose and pulled down. I think more wrinkles in the groin and upper thigh area? you want to have the full amount of fabric, just pulled down to show his whities :) Also, the lower legs should be wider, and maybe even too long for him, so they are either cuffed, or wrinkle up on the top of the foot. btw remapping the imagination gown is coming along .. slooowly

Hmm. Try making the top of the pants more V-shaped while keeping the underwear more of a flat line across the top. :)

BTW any particular reason you use tris? quads are easier to deal with when remapping. And you do know that poser smooths out stuff itself, right? you can leave it pretty chunky and still have it look good
pdxjims posted Fri, 08 August 2003 at 1:16 PM
Lyrra: I'm using Amapi 5. It goes to tris almost as a default. I start with quads, then by the time I export in 3DS, take it into Poser for fitting, export it to .obj, and back throug a few times, I get tris. I think I'm going to try a new method later if I have time that may allow quads on the imports and exports. I gotta get the new version. Someday when I win the lottery... Caly: The pull down in front is a morph (actually two morphs) one for the pants, one for the underware. I've got them both down in the last pic. The underwear's default is almost straight across.

nightfir, I've got some conforming problems with it, but if you want it send me an IM with your email and I'll send you what I've got. This isn't great, but it can be made to look OK. Same goes for everyone. I probably won't post this one in freestuff until I completely rework it, but if you want the current wip, just let me know. All my Mike 2 stuff is always free, btw. I'm sort of toying with a pair of upper briefs as a seperate clothing item, that form fits close to Mike and will fit under any pair of pants. I've got an idea on how to do it, so you can use any pair of pants, use a magnet to get a low rider effect, and add the brief uppers. Then use a morph set to hide the poke through. hmmm..... wonder how it'd look with JeanZ....
