i finally bought vicky (wow thats new!!) you guys did convince me, after being soo long using the horrible judy (the alien) but i've got a problem, she has no textures, some people told me that daz sell her with no textures (Oops daz did it again!), well i dont have money right the moment to purchase textures, does anyone knows about a site with free quality v3 textures?

i highly recomend ecstacys textures in the freestuff area,his neon geishas are the best :) also look out for vampyre and amazons too :) those are my favorites for vicky3 :)

It appears you got victoria3,Here's the part they didn't tell you about. You only get the figure with no morphs. you have to actually buy all of the morphs in separate packages.

There is a .uvs file at the bottom of the V3 page at DAZ. Used with uvmapper you can make your V3 wear all the V2 textures.

Also have a search in the freestuff for FyreSpiryt.

I have one on my website too... The character is called Strawberry Myst, but you can use the texture. You don't have to use the character. Just take a look-see in Poser Freestuff :o) Laurie

He appears to have the Head morphs cuz V3 is so blank he wouldnt have even gotten her to frown without having the Head morphs.

The V3 base comes with expression morphs, but that's it.

Hey, thanks for all the persons who helped me, i downloaded all the recomended textures, and alsomy brother lend me some money and i could purchase daz textures!

DAZ has an additional smile morph for V3 in Free Stuff.

Don't forget to grab Ecstacy's textures while they are still availble - You WILL regret it if you don't! And LaurieA's Strawberry is a sweetie too! Now if you're really looking for reality check the MP for: Amazing Grace and Mask Edit! And also check FreeStuff to see if Freckled Nerd Girl is still availible (she's great! - hey, where's the readme?? who made her??) And RDNA has a WONDERFUL 'Warrior' texture complet with battle scars! ;p

Kyrline does have some great textures, but I can't seem to download them. Does anyone know German well enough to tell me if the limit has been reached or if my firewall is preventing me from downloading? Thanks!

Sandoppe; they don't seem to be, i only tried a couple. What happens when you try to download? They are very nice, I happened across those a while back but see there is a new one too!

I downloaded Kyrline's newest texture earlier tonight, and it was fine....is there an error message when you try to download?

There does seem to be an error message. Unfortunately my German is extremely limited, but I'm thinking that my firewall must be creating the problem. Can either of you speak German?? The textures look wonderful, but I'm not sure I want to disable my firewall :)

Well.....the menus and the download links are not in German, so I am not exactly sure what you mean? If you click on 'Poser' in the left menu, another menu pops down, then click 'Freebies', then click on an item in the right menu that comes up, then there should be screenshots of the selected texture with the word 'Download' underneath them, you click on the word Download to download the selected texture...is that what you are doing? I don't speak German at all, and that's where I found the textures. :D For example, the direct link to download her newest texture is http://www.kyrline.de/cgi-bin/download/download.pl?file=facina.zip Maybe try cutting and pasting that and seeing if that works?

sandpope, it is your firewall. I had the same problem and I temporarily enabled cookies for that site. if you are using ZoneAlarm, you will need to enable the cooies for that site and it will allow the download.

VI Knight: I think it is the firewall. The thing is, I have cookies enabled. I had this happen when I tried to dl the Traugs. I'll just go to my laptop, where I don't have Norton Security :) Sorry for "hijacking" this thread for this, but I appreciate the feedback :)

Sandoppe, I had the same thing - temporarily disabled Norton security and they downloaded fine. Then just put it back on again :)

That probably would have been the simple route karen1573 :) I downloaded them all to my laptop....it's a dialup and slow, but I got them all :) Fortunately this doesn't happen often. Seems to be unique to one of the freesites. My main machine is on DSL. I got the Norton security when I started getting those Windows Messenger pops on my desktop. I've had no problems since getting Norton, so I'm loathe to ever disable it.

Yes, I leave my Norton running at all times - I have ADSL also. This is only the second time I ever had to disable it to download something. I just right-click the system tray icon to disable it, then re-enable it the same way. Easier than loading up the whole Systemworks ;-)
