Hi, It's working for me, I was able to get to my account. (from UK).

I just tried and had no problems to access their website or log into my account. Not sure why you got an error message, but maybe it was just a temporary thing and everything will work for you now.

DAZ page always takes a long time to load for me (56 Kbps modem at my end). Seems to be a lot of data. Maybe it is timing out, if there is a lot of other traffic.

You should have recieved a "confirmation" e-mail from Daz if your order was sucessful. In this e-mail, they send you a link where you can download your purchase. If you didn't get it, perhaps your order did not go thru? genny

You could try pinging DAZ. ping www.daz3d.com I get this.. Pinging daz3d.com [192.220.126.44] with 32 bytes of data Reply from 192.220.126.44: bytes=32 time=1638ms TTL=50 Reply from 192.220.126.44: bytes=32 time=1082ms TTL=50 Reply from 192.220.126.44: bytes=32 time=306ms TTL=50 Reply from 192.220.126.44: bytes=32 time=291ms TTL=50 Ping statistics for 192.220.126.44: Packets: Sent = 4, Received = 4, Lost = 0 (0% loss), Approximate round trip times in milli-seconds: Minimum = 291ms, Maximum = 1638ms, Average = 829ms The above looks good, note 0% loss. This should prove if you can get through to the site, albeit with a few very small packets.

Also try logging out and then logging back in. I seem to have to do that sometimes to get to my downloads.

I can get to the site,Just not to the secure parts of it..

DraX posted Sat, 09 August 2003 at 8:18 AM

If you can't reach the secure portions you probably have an issues with your browser's setup for https:// protocol. Check your security setting and add daz3d.com to your trusted sites.

Get rid of your daz cookies and log back in. That sometimes helps on sites. Marque
