A day late and a dollar short, but here's your chance to vote for the most outrageous tale!The polls close on 20 August to give everyone a little extra time in case anyone is on vacation. If you don't want to publically vote, IMs to me are fine as well.

Nobody seems to be voting. I'm not quite tacky enough to vote for myself, but I'm too selfish to vote for anyone else, either, I'm afraid. On the other paw, there were only three entries, so there ought to be a lot of people without my particular problem. The forum has been really slow of late. Maybe everyone's still on vacation?

Some people (like me) send their votes to Crescent rather than voting on the thread. I still need to do that, but you won't see my vote. But, you're right, the forum is very slow lately.

There's been several votes by IM. My IM box is getting a little big again. :) I think people are melting from the heat. Hopefully things will pick up as the temperature goes down. Cheers!

I forgot that it could be that everyone was posting IM votes. Don't we usually see at least a few in forum? Maybe I'm thinking of somewhere else. It isn't very hot where I am compared to normal, and it's still too hot for me. I went for a little walk and had a serious headache for the rest of the day. I'm a displaced Canadian, and can't stand anything that even resembles heat. I feel really sorry for everyone who is where it really is hot.

Sometimes people vote in the thread. Sometimes they don't. The important thing is to let Crescent know...and you can vote for yourself (shows confidence). Lavender, wanted to thank you for posting the tutorials. I enjoyed them very much.

Usually there's at least a few in the forum, but everyone is being sneaky this time, I guess. ;-) I do have several IMs, and will probably have a few more before it's time to close the polls.
