Subject: A download button does not appear.

This site was used for the first time.
A download button is not displayed although the item of several points was purchased collectively.
I have also received the electronic mail which received the order.
Is there what should be done for some?
Please give me advice.

Hello: I've got the same problem too! (In fact, the second on this week). My last purchase was on Fri, 08 Aug 2003 (four items). What's the reason of this problem? It never happened before. I'm interested on other products but I've to think it twice (I wouldnt like that this situation continues on the future). Can you please help me? Thanks in advance.

Hello.
The problem is not yet solved.
Since I used the coupon for the first purchase, my liberality is good, and I bought several points and have paid about 80 dollars.
I want to know whether it is in the reason which cannot be downloaded.
Does the amount of money which I paid become useless?

Please give me advice.

This problem may be that I did not read to all the corners carefully.
However, it is not kind to the first buyer.
Should not those who use for the way of the head of a purchase page for the first time write that there is surely a check of trust by mail greatly clearly?
