ok the problem is this : -in 3ds max 5 i've created a sphere and a pyramid and attached it to the sphere(fig#1) exported as a .obj and named it spikesout -then i made it a editable mesh and selected the point of the pyramid and reduced it(fig#2),exported it as a .obj and named it spikesno -on poser 4 i imported the spikesout and loaded a morph(spikesno) and a dial was created,shape 1 (fig#3) -but when i move the dial the hole figure moves up or down and becomes thin or fat.(fig#4 & 5) what i wanted was the sphere put the spike in and out what i'm doing wrong here?? thanks for helping
