It would be nice to receive an email if something on my wishlist is put on sale. Merchants would probably like to get a readout of how many people have put their items on a wishlist. It might provide a hint that the price may be too high, but let them know that there is a lot of interest in that item.

Good ideas. I don't use the wishlist now but I might if it was useful for flagging sales. Now I use the traditional system...I buy something and a week later it goes on sale. :(

How about that seller was notified whenever someone actually BOUGHT something that was on their wishlist. As it is now, I can see how many people that has a certain item on their wishlist, but I can't see if they actually BUY it. Not without checking wishlist numbers with sales made anyway. Does it make sense?

You just can't put the words "Poserites" and "happy" in the same sentence - didn't you know that? LaurieA
