I tell you what, I never realized how hard it is sometimes to switch gears in certain things. It's one thing to go out and play a pickup game of basketball and then scurry over to the softball diamond and play a game...but to switch from Bryce to some Web design? I swear, it seems like an impossible task sometimes! I'm doing this proposal for a company back in my hometown for a site for their three assisted living communities. I had a great start, very creative, came up with all the pages, site layout, etc...even got the index page done. But I stopped working on it last weekend for a couple of days b/c of birthday activities. So then, I decided to start this bright idea I got about a Bryce image a week ago on Sunday Night...turns out it's going together exactly how I had planned (very rarely happens)...I'm really excited about this. Now tonight, I dedicated myself to working on the Web proposal, and it's like I have half an idea if that, and I can't seem to get the gears started to think of anything more. Yet I have 1,001 more ideas and plans I have for my Bryce pic (which, btw, I'm going retroooooooooo. ;) I wanted to hold off on Bryce until I got this proposal done, but I wanted to start my idea before I got tired of it. Now I'm having a hell of a time switching gears back. My ultimate questions, after my mile-long rant, is......does anyone ELSE experience this?!? I know someone has to, but sometimes I feel like I'm the only one. :( MD
