Does any one know where I could find fins like these?...these are post work...If any one would like to model fins like these, I'd be more than happy to texture them...I actually tried to morph krysta's mane to look like fins, but my 3D skills are some what lacking to put it mildlly...

I am working on some fins very similar to the ones in your image as we speak. They will be part of a sea nymph/mermaid accessory kit I'm putting together. Should be ready soon, hopefully by early next week (keep fingers crossed - I'm modeling as fast as I can). Pack will include various clothing props, the sea nymph hunting spear, some jewelry, my kelp plant figure, the obligatory comb and mirror, and a surprise or two.
