Clint, you might take a look at this thread in the Job forum. http://www.renderosity.com/messages.ez?ForumID=12381&Form.ShowMessage=1380020 I know you cannot be responsible for stupid people and I don't want you to do anything other than be aware of this situation. I did find at least one job for my professional systems development company via your forum, and I have hired four individuals for piece work (including A'kin on the french site), after looking at their replies to threads on this forum. However, I really am now ceasing to identify from this forum people for web work and other art work for my company. This is the only way I know to deal with rampant unprofessional behavior.

Nevermind, Clint. It looks like some more help arrived. (I wasn't expecting any - Kromekat makes a good "mounty" doesn't he?) You don't reap any benefit from hosting the Job Forum, whereas I have benefited a lot. Penalizing Renderosity for the bad behavior of a few was juvenile of me, myself. But it is a true thing that you cannot police everyone's behavior, and so the rest of us have to try to make all people welcome here,... or we won't have a site we'll want to be participating in.
