Wow, fantastic work... If I can't have the real thing, this will be close enough. How are you going to get away with using the "Hummer" name?
I came, I rendered, I'm still broke.

How are you going to get away with using the "Hummer" name? No one has yet trademarked it for 3D Models or Digital Content as far as I know, and it's not using any artwork on a logo that would be a copyright violation. I could be wrong. It might be that someone has trademarked the name 'hummer' for 3D Models. I'm sure it's trademarked for a lot more than just automobiles. Sanctum, you'll want to look that up on TESS or something ahead of time.

Well, Since I know a little bit about copyright law... it dosent matter if Hummer has made a 3d model, "Hummer" is the intellectual property and trademark of GMC in any form... (well maybe except in porno... ha) if you tried to make a bar of soap called "Hummer" they'd be all over you. Just as if you made a car called "TIDE" P&G would be sending their cease and desist... or if you called your 3d model of a mouse "Mickey" and so on. These are just words of caution, nothing more... there's a lot of trademark/copyright abuse out there that's tolerated, or not even known about. Doug
