When I go to my download page to get my copy of Vue, it says N/A where it should say download. And it's not the 1st time I've purchased things from you. Regaltwo

Nowhere in the process of ordering is there even the slightest suggestion that the product is not downloadable. Since there was a shipping charge, I assumed that you were doing as some companies do, and providing a both a shipped backup CD AND and immediate download. I am not happy. Can you at least tell me the shipping method and the expected arrival date?

Hi, The shipping method is Priority Mail with a signature confirmation 2-4 day delivery time. But you ordered the Vue Educational and we will need the student proof before the order can ship. OK, 1 more question. For the student ID proof do you want a scanned in copy of my student ID card or something else?
