Well with all the recent craze about toon babes, I figured I'd put my hand to it. After all, I said I thought it could be done using Roxanne by Capsces .... and here she is. You get to texture her yourself...this image was made using the excellent Sophia and the Highlights #3 from IronBears Millenium Usefuls freebies over at RDNA.
