I've subscribed and paid for a membership 1 week ago, and sent them 2 e-mails via their support system, all I got back was 2 messages telling me that I should allow 24 hours to their staff to see my problem. Anyone has a clue as to how to get to them ? Thanks in advance.

I suggest using their forum (open to the public). When i subscribed they were a bit slow to activate my membership, too, but i finally got it and it was worth waiting for....
