Here we have the preferences panel on the bryce 4 version for mac...... Does the option to create objects only in view make for a faster render? If so by how much? Help is soo much appreciated

All this does is specify WHERE a new object (imported, preset or primitive) is placed. If you have Create objects at world center, then ALL objects that created are placed at the origin (0,0,0). If you have Create object within view, the objects are placed at the center of the area that you are looking at in the work area. John

You can turn AntiAliasing off, render the image slightly larger then final size & reduce to size or just use Photoshop to do a little gaussian blur. If you are doing image for printing you would normally need to do an unsharp filter anyway, can't see any sence to render it "soft" & then sharpen it later.
