Poserworld just added some police items and one is the "smokey the bear" style hat. That should work as a DI hat with a few minor texture changes.

Greylight has two of them, one named 'dihat' and the other 'smokeyhat'
Why shouldn't speech be free? Very little of it is worth anything.
