thanks!! i never thought of combining [pser and bryce to make clothing, but, im wondering how do you group the clothing off and seperate it from the figure?

To separate the parts you want. Select the desired poly faces on the original figure and do an extract region. That will create a new object. You can then leave the original as a guide or delete it.
