Take a close look at the "blond," especially how the legs are breaking through the dress...

You just can't put the words "Poserites" and "happy" in the same sentence - didn't you know that? LaurieA
Using Poser since 2002. Currently at Version 11.1 - Win 10.

rather than hire someone to make images, these companies are reassigning the janitors.

I saw the P4 male on the History Channel a couple of months back, and I've seen Mike on some type of superhero outfit for some antifugal remedy on one of the spanish channels here in Miami, and I also saw Victoria wearing Billy-T's western out fit on another commercial for the same product, and I also think the've also used the Millenium folk for an Xbox game called Brute Force.

Ask me a question, and I'll give you an answer.

Scroll down to the "concept art" section; they used low-low-res meshes as far as I can tell. The art at the page's top looks like the Poser crew, but closer looks indicate otherwise.

Why does people always think they use Daz3D/Poser figures for games... There are too much.. for a console, not till X5 (Xbox 5) lol comes out will we see high enough poly characters. By the way I would if that would ever happen, X5

DraX posted Tue, 26 August 2003 at 5:32 PM

I was thinking, actually, why people always assume that Poser character are in use whenever they see a lot of higher-polygon models.... As is the case with the comment on X-Box' Brute Force...

I spotted Victoria (I think) and the DAZ Updo (definitely) in a recent magazine advertisement for the videogame Ghost Master.

Check out the new self-checkouts at Wal-Mart and watch the animation demonstrating how they work. I didn't know whether to be proud of the tool or embarrassed by Posette's stiff "I have diarrhea real bad" walk (i.e., didn't use the walk designer) and the (as usual) complete absence of character customization. Oh, I'm sorry, the artist did apply a texture of sorts to her shiny yellow play-doh ponytail hair. As we left the store I told my wife that this is the kind of publicity we don't need.

I could have sworn I saw Posette as a statue in the intro to the Buddy the Vampire Slayer DVD set...

"Buddy the Vampire Slayer" - is that where the First Dog moonlights as a paranormal operative for the CIA? And did he impale?

I'll have to recheck my DVD; I was pretty sure everything was culled from the show's opening sequence (circa 1995).

Caly posted Fri, 29 August 2003 at 12:33 PM

It's the set-up screen, there's a little movie, where the camera swings around something like a garden and there's a statue that looks like posette in her ponytail, right before you can choose which episode you want. :)
